Privacy and data
What we collect
- Your email address, used to sign in and to send account emails (confirmation, password reset).
- Your nickname.
- What your team enters: schedule events, player absences, notes after scrims, opponents and tournament results.
- Your team identity: its name, game, logo and banner, and the history of their changes. Logos and banners are stored as public images.
We do not sell this data and we do not use it for advertising.
A new team has a public schedule, where anyone with the link sees the dates and statuses of its scrims, tournaments and days off. It also appears in the Team Hub, where signed-in Mannfield users see its name, game, logo, banner, the owner's nickname, the nicknames, roles and positions of its active members, and the nicknames of its invited managers and coaches. The owner can make the schedule private, hide the roster or leave the Team Hub at any time.
The Mannfield platform team sees, for each account, its email, nickname, sign-up date, last sign-in and team names, and, for each team, its owner and counts (staff, players, events). It does not see the content of a team: events, absences, notes and roster stay private. The exception is a level request: when an owner sends one, the platform team sees the nicknames and Liquipedia, start.gg and Tracker links of the team's starters, to check the level. It can suspend an account or a team that breaks the rules; every such action is logged.
Where it is stored
The database runs on Supabase, in the European Union (Paris region). Pages are served by Vercel.
When a page fails, an error report goes to Sentry, in the European Union (Germany), so that we can fix it: the technical error, the page address with any private link removed, and the browser type. It does not include your email address, your nickname or cookies.
Deleting your data
- A team owner can delete the team. The team is disabled first and can be restored for 7 days, then all its data is deleted for good.
- You can delete your account once you no longer own an active team: transfer your teams to another manager, or delete them first.
- Backups may keep deleted data for a limited time before it disappears.
Questions
For any question about your data, contact the Mannfield team, the same way you received your invitation.
